Contact details, delivery address, order history and personalisation text. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

To fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and — only with your consent — send marketing emails.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to processing. Email us and we’ll respond within one month.
Retention
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes; account data is deleted on request.
