Your right to cancel

For non-personalised items you can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be unused and returned within a further 14 days.

Personalised items

Items made to your specification (name, number, circuit, colour combinations) are exempt from the right to cancel, unless they’re faulty or not as described.

Faulty or damaged items

Report it within 7 days with a photo. We’ll reprint or refund in full, including delivery.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or approving the claim.
